 It's almost my favorite time of the year! FALL!


I think fall is my favorite because I love being able to wear almost my entire closet, and Fall in New England is one of the prettiest places to be with all of the foliage. With changing seasons, also comes changing styles from wearing shorts and sun dresses everyday to jeans and sweaters, here I'm going to share all my favorite fall styles for this year!

1. Boots and Booties

Boots are always a good idea during the fall, and I am loving all of the different styles you can find!


2. Sweaters

What is fall without cozy sweaters and cardigans?


3. Midi Skirts

I am loving the midi skirt with booties trend, pair both with a big chunky sweater and you are ready for fall!


4. Flannels

I think one trend that we won't see disappearing anytime soon are flannels, they are definitely a fall favorite of mine - wrap it around your waist during the day, and throw it on when the temps drop at night!

Even though we are only halfway through September and some days it still feels like summer outside, Fall is coming! If you know me, you know I love shoes. I am a shoe lover through and through and can't ever let myself part with any of the ones that I own, even if I hardly ever wear them.


Summer is my favorite time for shoes (while I do love my boots, don't get me wrong) I just LOVE sandals. They are so easy to wear and can work with any outfit type. Also, it gives me a reason to constantly get pedicures which I am never mad about.

Lululemon Dupes from Amazon

Lululemon Dupes from Amazon

I am a HUGE fan of Lululemon. I have a few pairs of their leggings, mostly the align as well as the wunder under and they are a god sent. However, I am not a big fan of their expensive price tag.


Leave it to Amazon to come in and save the day with these awesome dupes! I have found leggings as well as a jacket that are perfect for working out, running errands, or as an everyday casual wear. The jacket is comparable to the Lululemon Define Jacket - which goes for around $120 on their website. The dupe I found on Amazon is almost identical, super comfortable and stretch material and only $40! I own this jacket in black as well as a greenish color and I love both. The material is similar to that of compression workout clothing material and has a great stretch and length to it - I am wearing a size large for reference!


The second dupe that I found that is the holy grail of designer dupes (in my opinion) are these leggings! Also made by the 90 Degree by Reflex brand, are similar to the Lululemon wunder under legging. They are a thicker material (totally squat proof) and come up high enough to suck everything in haha! I tried to branch away from the typical black or gray legging and bought this pink color and I am loving them! I am wearing a size large in these as well, I sized up one because I was nervous about the waist band being uncomfortably tight, but I definitely could have gone with a medium. You can snag these on Amazon for only $25.99 (compared to the Lululemon Wunder Under leggings that are close to $100 - steal!!).

Your Next Staple Sweater

As much as I'd love to start shopping for spring clothing, the warm weather still seems to be pretty far out of sight for us up here in New England. I don't mind all that much, because I absolutely love wearing cozy sweaters - especially when I am pale as a ghost and need a tan bad... haha!


When looking for a comfy sweater I look for three things: 1) fit {I preferably like oversized}, 2) good quality (nothing itchy, please!}, and 3) affordable $$! Which brings me to my favorite sweater at the moment - the H&M v-neck knit sweater. I bought this sweater during the fall and winter, in two different colors and absolutely love it. I own it in a size medium, as well as a large. I purchased the medium first, and after wearing realized I wanted another in a size bigger so that I could get some more length out of it (I'm 5'7), and have it look more oversized, but the medium still fits great - especially with jeans!


The best part about this sweater - at full price it's only $19.99! I have some of the fall/winter colors of this sweater, but H&M has come out with so many cute spring colors - so I may be needing more!
